WEBPHONE setup (OS support : WinXP,2000,Vista with IE6 up)
Step1. Turn on Microphone&Speaker device.
Step2. Install webphone.cab(ActiveX) when popup.(First time only). If you have completed
             installation, the timer will display on webphone's screen
Step3. On popup webphone window, Please Click "green button" call to TAT Call Center (FREE)

Remark :Incase your browser block webphone ActiveX. Please download setup file here to install.

วิธีใช้งาน 3 ขั้นตอนง่ายๆ : (OS support : WinXP,2000,Vista with IE6 up)
ขั้นที่1.ต้องเปิด Microphone, Speaker
ขั้นที่2.ติดตั้ง webphone.cab(ActiveX) บนหน้าจอ ( ครั้งแรก ครั้งเดียว) หลังการติดตั้งโดยสมบูรณ์ ระบบจะแสดง
           เวลาบนหน้าจอ webphone
ขั้นที่3.กดปุ่มโทร(สีเขียว) ของ WebPhone โทรเข้า TAT Call Center ได้ทันที (โทรฟรี)

กรณี browser ของท่าน block webphone ActiveX ท่านสามารถ download setup file ไปติดตั้งเองได้ที่นี่
(ติดตั้งเพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น)

สำหรับผู้ที่เคยใช้งานแล้วสามารถกด Webphone icon ข้างบนได้ทันที
